Nau mai, haere mai ki Manaia View Kindergarten.
Situated on the grounds of Manaia View School in Raumanga, our kindergarten sits in its own magical space with a majestic view of Mount Manaia.
We provide play-based early childhood education in a relaxed, home-like environment where tamariki have plenty of space to to run, climb, swing, dig, jump, and explore.
What We Offer
We aspire to create an environment where tamariki experience warm, respectful relationships filled with aroha and feel empowered to investigate and make sense of the world around them.
Children are supported to develop resilience, courage, patience, and confidence in themselves and their learning.
We value whanaungatanga and strong connections with whenua, whānau, and community, believing these relationships provide the foundation for holistic development and wellbeing.
Our outdoor environment provides opportunities for tamariki to run, climb, swing, dig, jump, and explore through active play and hands-on learning.
Alongside our connection with nature, we support children’s wellbeing through initiatives including hot lunches, warm clothing support through KidsCan, and an opt-in daily toothbrushing programme.
With a close connection to Manaia View School, tamariki are well supported as they transition through their early learning journey and into school.
We are a whānau-focused kindergarten and warmly welcome visitors to come through, meet the team, and join us in play at any time.
