Northland Kindergarten Association (NKA) is seeking an inspiring and motivated kaiako to join the team at Anne West Kindergarten, Kaitaia. This is a fixed-term parental leave position, commencing March 2026 for a period of one year.
Anne West Kindergarten has a team of 3. 5 teachers, a part-time administrator, and a cook. The kindergarten operates five 6-hoursessions, Monday to Friday, catering for 30 children aged between two and six years, and is open 48 weeks per year.
Northland Kindergarten Association (NKA) is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic kaiako to join the team at Waitangi Kindergarten. This part-time position includes 16 hours of contact time and 4 hours of non-contact time, worked across a five-day week. As part of NKA, you will be supported with 15 release days per year for professional learning, along with 30 days of annual leave.
Primary Objective
To assist teaching staff in achieving the association goals of providing quality Early Childhood Education by providing administrative support to the kindergarten team of staff.
