Forty Years of Aroha, Learning and Joyful Discovery: The Story of Kerikeri Kindergarten
Today, we celebrate. Not just the years, but the people, the values, the vision.

Located within walking distance of the Dargaville township and close to the historic Northern Wairoa River, Dargaville Kindergarten is a learning community whose programme develops from children's and teacher’s interests and passions.
What We Offer
Guided by Te Whāriki, our programme grows from the interests, strengths, and passions of tamariki and kaiako.
Children are supported to experiment, imagine, investigate, develop new skills, and express their ideas through meaningful learning experiences and relationships.
We believe every child has the right to make a valued contribution to society and to feel confident in who they are as learners and individuals.
Children and whānau attend from both rural and urban communities, creating a diverse and connected kindergarten environment.
Our kaiako are passionate and experienced educators who are committed to ongoing learning, reflective practice, and recognising the importance of Aotearoa New Zealand’s dual heritage and the diversity of the community we serve.
We warmly welcome whānau to come and experience our kindergarten community.
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 2.30pm
