Key Focus Areas:
- Professional and pedagogical leadership, coaching and mentoring
- MoE and ERO compliance, licensing, audits, and quality assurance
- Complaints management and organisational risk mitigation
- Supporting Te Whāriki implementation and Te Tiriti o Waitangi commitments
- Contributing to strategic and organisational leadership as part of the Management Team
We are looking for someone who brings:
- Strong ECE leadership experience and deepknowledge of Te Whāriki
- Sound understanding of MoE, ERO, licensing, and regulatory requirements
- Experience in compliance management and complaints resolution
- Cultural competence and commitment to equity for tamariki and whānau
- Full NZ ECE teacher registration and a recognised ECE qualification
