K2 Head Teacher Parihaka Kindergarten.

Permanent K2 Head Teacher position, Parihaka Kindergarten, 38 Kohe Street, Whangarei. This four teacher all day model kindergarten operates Monday to Friday with a roll of 40.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head Teacher to be part of an established and dedicated team of teachers in Parihaka, Whangarei. This inspired team of four teachers view children as powerful, capable, competent, rich contributors to society. They see their responsibility is to advocate, empower, scaffold and celebrate children’s learning. Whanaungatanga and manaakitanga are important aspects of working alongside of the tamariki and whanau at this kindergarten.

To be considered you need a current practicing certificate, have a Dip. Teaching (ECE) or higher qualification and hold a current first aid certificate.

K2 Head Teacher position – Portland Kindergarten

Full time K2 Head Teacher, Portland Kindergarten, School Road, Portland.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head Teacher to be part of an established team of teachers in Portland, Whangarei. This three teacher, all day model kindergarten currently operates Monday to Friday with a roll of 29. The applicant will be required to demonstrate their experience and knowledge of the Enviroschools Kaupapa and their commitment and understanding of the running of a Nature Programme.

NKA are seeking a Head Teacher who values and utilises teacher’s skills and expertise in both the nature programme and the teaching and learning environment and has experience, understanding and knowledge of all aspects of leadership.

Te Kamo Kindergarten –

Admin Support Staff Vacancy

A vacancy has arisen at the Te Kamo Kindergarten, Farmer Street Kamo. The kindergarten operates Monday to Friday with a roll of 30. This position will primarily provide Admin Support Staff duties and the role will offer you variety over 15 hours a week with the school holidays off. A high level of ICT skills, a positive attitude and the ability to mix with a wide range of people is required. Applicant to have administrative experience, including data entry using Excel, accounts and finance experience.
