K2 Head Teacher Onerahi Kindergarten.

Permanent K 2 Head Teacher, Onerahi Kindergarten, 6 Bayswater Place, Onerahi Whangarei.

This four teacher, all day model kindergarten operates Monday to Friday with a roll of 40 tamariki.

Onerahi Kindergarten’s attending tamariki range from 2 – 6 years of age. The philosophy is based around support for each other, respecting whānau and their cultures, celebrating and acknowledging success, and most importantly to always strive for improved learning outcomes for tamariki. Manaakitanga and Whānaungatanga underpin the daily practices of this kindergarten.

NKA seek a Head Teacher who is intuitive and dynamic with successful experience in engaging with community through vision and purpose.

Applicants must hold a minimum Dip. Teaching (ECE) or higher qualification, current registration & first aid certificate.

Part Time K1 Lunch Cover Teacher Forest View Kindergarten.

Part Time K1 Lunch Cover Teacher position (10 Hours week), Forest View Kindergarten, 215 Kiripaka Road, Tikipunga.  This four teacher all day model kindergarten operates Monday to Friday with a roll of 40.  This position will primarily provide lunch breaks cover for full time staff and is ideally suited to a trained and registered ECE teacher. Position to commence immediately. Applicants must hold a minimum Dip. Teaching (ECE) or higher qualification, current registration & first aid certificate.

Lunch Cover and Part Time Teaching Position, Northland Kindergarten Association

Selwyn Park Kindergarten, Dargaville,

 Part Time, 0.5 (20 hours a week) Fixed Term Position

If you are an energetic and motivated teacher, and are passionate about being part of a team that provides rich learning experiences for all attending tamariki, than this position is for you.

Selwyn Park Kindergarten offers a rich learning environment which acknowledges the multi-cultural nature of the attending tamariki and their whānau.  It offers a 6 hour session five days a week for children aged between 2 to 6 years of age.

This kindergarten is part of the Northland Kindergarten Association which offers fantastic professional development opportunities, is part of a network of 22 kindergartens and is supported by our professional practice team.

This position involves covering teacher’s lunch breaks for two hours a day, as well as two hours working alongside the teaching team to provide additional support for all attending children.

To be considered you need a current practising certificate, have a Dip. Teaching (ECE) or higher qualification and hold a current first aid certificate.
