Professional Practice Manager

The Northland Kindergarten Association (NKA) requires a highly motivated professional for the key role of Professional Practice Manager (PPM), based in Whangarei. This full time, senior position provides expert strategic guidance and development of all aspects of ECE for the NKA. The PPM will lead and manage the Professional Practice Team to support and develop our diverse 20 teaching teams. This position reports directly to the General Manager.
The NKA is seeking an individual not only to manage the ECE professionals, but to challenge and grow them. You will have a relevant tertiary qualification and significant general management experience, particularly in strategic planning, staffing plans, staff management and financial management (including budgeting, financial performance, asset management, reporting and advice). You will be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have the ability to develop strong professional relationships at all levels within the organisation and communities.
